About us
Living springs international church (LSIC) was planted by our founder and general overseer Rev. Dr Frank Ofosu Appiah in Peckham, London, January 1989. The precise location was the North Peckham community hall which was in the North Peckham housing estates. In those days, it was a neighbourhood that was associated with a high rate of criminal activity, youth delinquency and social deprivation.
It was in this troubled and challenging environment that Pastor Frank felt the greatest need for the gospel of Jesus Christ to be shared. This ministry was birthed and was devoted to reaching out to lost humanity with a message of hope and transformation of lives through the expository teaching of the word of God.
Over the years, LSIC has continued to provide a learning environment. Through the teaching of biblical principles and truth, men and women have been inspired, challenged and motivated to discover their true purpose and potential in God.
Now in Forest Hill, the church that began with eight people has grown to become a thriving multicultural family, united in our commitment to know and serve the Lord. Our heartbeat is soul winning and we continue to be an oasis of life as well as a place of refuge, where we impact lives. Through the teaching of the biblical truth, Christian values and principles, we empower people to live victorious Christian lives and to serve their community.
our leaders
Rev Yaw Bamfo is the Senior Pastor of Living Springs International Church. Pastor Bamfo is a gifted and able teacher of the word and his passion is to see the earth filled with the knowledge of God even as the waters cover the sea.

He joined the Living Springs family in 1991 and has been the senior pastor since 2011. He is ably supported by his wife Sophia and they are blessed with three children.

As the first lady and mother of the house, Mama Sophia assists Rev Yaw in spreading the word of God and actively helps to lead men, women and youth alike, in the church, through prayer and teaching. She also leads the virtuous women ministry in LSIC.

Sophia and Rev Yaw have been married for over 25 years and live in London with their three children.

Frank Ofosu-Appiah is the founder and General Overseer of the Living Springs International Churches where he has apostolic oversight over several churches and organizations across the world. He is also the Senior Pastor of All Nations Church. With a call to ministry beginning in 1981, Pastor Frank has drawn on his apostolic and pastoral mantle to impact countless churches, leaders and individuals. His ministry crosses boundaries of ethnicity, class, gender, and denomination.

Pastor Frank combines his keen sense of humor with a dynamic teaching style that translates complex biblical principles into practical applications. He and his wife Mary, live in the Atlanta area.
